          network of creative young leaders in the Charleston area – developed program curriculum, led workshops and activities,
          managed extensive recruitment effort for applicants, and selected participants through a competitive application and
          interview process.
    · Produced the 2003 Spoleto Festival USA Teachers’ Institute – a three-day program for secondary school teachers focusing on
          integrating the arts into the basic curriculum – developed program curriculum, identified and contracted workshop presenters,
          managed recruitment & selection process, acted as host and facilitator, and managed all logistics.
    · Managed the distribution of 1,500 tickets to twenty-seven non-profit and social service agencies through the festival's Open
          Stage Door initiative – the most successful year since inception.
    · Provided logistical support for more than forty-five education and outreach events.

    · Directed ground transportation for all guest artists – supervised and coordinated drivers, established and maintained master

          worked the box office at performance sites, and served as special assistant to Festival Manager and Production Manager.

    · Arranged and provided ground transportation for approximately 450 artists and artistic staff; supervised and scheduled five
          drivers and a fleet of seven vehicles.
    · Prepared and processed contracts for approximately 250 guest artists and production staff, 200 orchestra and choir members,
          and 75 festival apprentices.
    · Managed numerous aspects of producing the festival – created and compiled welcome packets for artists and staff, assisted
          in the selection festival apprentices, processed VIP and Patron ticket requests, maintained databases and contact sheets,
          and organized events for festival apprentices.

    · Identified new sources of revenue for the symphony – researched and contacted organizations to obtain grants, developed
